FOREWORD
Dear guest,
Last year, after more than 10 years of attending national and international meetings, I have considered it is time for our institution to organize a conference regarding lasers. It is our intention to show the proper respect for this remarkable phenomenon the laser represents, by its significance at this moment and more so in the future to come. Also, we wish to express our gratitude to those people who build lasers, to people who use them to make our lives more comfortable and to people who research more and more ways of using lasers to solve humanities vital problems.
