The conference is focused on key aspects of the laser applications in biology and medicine. Other key aspects are represented by the laser applications in military area. Original, previously un-published contributions are expected. Paper should concentrate on recent genuine results.
Use the on-line submission, on the website www.laserbucharest.org, section Abstract submission, after you have been previously registered. Make the title brief, in capital letters, not exceeding 150 characters, including spaces. Limit abstracts to 250 words. Follow with Author's name(s), institution, city and country. Initials are to precede last name. Underline presenter's name only.
The registration fee for full congress is 250 Euro, which covers conference proceedings, attendance to all scientific sessions and exhibitions, welcome cocktail, light breakfast and social program. For one day the registration fee is 100 Euro.
According to EU legislation, the congress fee must be equal for all participants, irrespective of the country they come from. However, for those persons who wish to attend our congress and encounter financial difficulties, as well as for people coming from CESEE* countries, we can provide lower participation fee, to a certain limit. For this, the applicants will need to contact via mail the Secretariat of the congress.
Accompagning persons, participants without scientific presentation and resident phyisician shall pay 150 Euro. This covers full congress without envelope file.
Students, nurses and aesthetic operators will pay 100 Euro for full congress. Participants with posters shall pay 50 Euro, which covers welcome cocktail and light breakfast.
The fee for Gala Dinner is 25 Euro.

Credit points: 12 (6 credit points for a day, 12 for two days - 6 lecturers per day)
The courses will be held by personalities with a wide international recognition. The students will receive graduation diplomas recognized by the Romanian College of Physicians
